Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Have to have good coding knowledge so that he can understand the flow of the system
• Understanding the various documents involved in software testing
• Thorough understanding about customer demands, objectives and resources
• Proficient in UAT and test environments
• Have a proper log regarding the defects and activities performance in the testing process
• Must be able to set-up, control and run automation framework
• Must be able to write detailed report
• Regular audit of DEV and QA process has to be done by SDET on a periodic basis
• Have to create test cases by keeping end user in mind
